Gut-Building Baked Berry Oatmeal

with Dark Chocolate Drizzle + Preme Gentle Prebiotics

Meal prep this fiber and protein-rich breakfast so you don't have to think, all you have to do is grab it out of the fridge. We all deserve to indulge but finding ways that won't break the gut are important. I constantly go back to this idea that foods in nature are equally tasty as they are nutritious. We can recreate this in our own kitchens!

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 2 cups glyphosate free, organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of grass-fed collagen peptides (optional)
  • 2 scoops (12g) preme gentle prebiotics
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Wet ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Fold in:

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Pair with:

  • Yogurt for a symbiotic and added protein

Chocolate Drizzle

  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips (70%+)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk together oats, preme gentle prebiotics, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in berries.
  6. Pour into an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  7. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and just set.
  8. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over the warm oatmeal.

Why it works

our gentle prebiotics disappear completely into the batter—it doesn't become gritty or gummy during baking—and adds 12g of fiber without changing the flavor.

the berries become jammy while baking, and the chocolate drizzle adds a delectable treat-like aspect.
